DESCRIPTION:This event is aimed to give our service members\, veterans\, and their families a great day outdoors together!\nCome fishing with Project Healing Waters and Taletellers Fly Shop at The Peaks Of Otter\, have a picnic\, go on a family hike\, and enjoy some wholesome fellowship!\nFishing starts at 8am but feel free to come anytime from 8am-3pm. \nFly fishing and regular fishing are both encouraged.\nThere will be limited assistance for those who want to learn to fly fish or better their skills. \nThe lake is handicap assessible and fishing is open to the public (fishing license is required if over 18). \nWe will have 30+ poles and gear for kids to fish if they need them.\nThere will be an optional catered lunch (ALL YOU CAN EAT BBQ BUFFET) which must be purchased on site.\nDoor prizes for some sweet outdoor gear from Pro’s Choice Sporting Goods! \nPlease register using this link: https://www.runreg.com/armed-forces-family-fishing  \nThis is for heat count purposes so we can plan for how much supplies we need.
