DESCRIPTION:Bring camp home to you in 2020!  \nFor 2020 and to support social distancing\, we are offering World War II Day Camp at home through interactive activity boxes paired with video lessons. While the box is designed to be completed at your own pace\, some of the activities will include optional group interactive components\, such as FlipGrid video responses\, pictures of activities\, and an end of week Zoom session. \nSurvival Week: July 20-24\, 2020\nRegistration closes on June 30. \nThe activities and lessons will be targeted to the age range selected during registration: \n– Lower Elementary (Rising 1st-3rd Grades)\n– Upper Elementary (Rising 4th-6th Grades)\n– Middle School (Rising 7th-9th Grades).  \nBoxes will be mailed out in time for students to participate during the camp week. \nEach box is $70 per student\, with additional siblings’ boxes priced at $55. The cost includes all activity supplies (outside of scissors\, pencils\, etc.)\, a D-Day shirt\, age-appropriate book on the camp theme\, video lessons\, and shipping.  \nThere will be two different themes offered this summer. He is also a retired U.S. Army officer whose military service took him to Germany\, South Korea and Iraq on assignments with the 82nd Airborne Division\, U.S. Army 5th Corps and U.S. Army Special Operations Command. \nThis lecture will be available live on Facebook Live. We must find and destroy her.” \nThe program will also explore the life of Christine Granville\, Britain’s first female special agent who parachuted into France where an agent’s average life expectancy was only six weeks.
