Barrels, Bottles and Casks returns with a Fall version of this popular tour that focuses on the beverages and spirits Thomas Jefferson and the plantation’s enslaved community consumed. These guided tours progress through the house with stops along the way to sample different 19th-century inspired beverages and share insights into the types of foods enjoyed on the plantation during Jefferson’s time. Following the tour, Virginia Distillery Company will provide a whiskey tasting and primer. 

Tours are available Friday, October 14 and Saturday, October 15  at 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. each night. Reservations required.
