Black Collar will be playing in the Biergarten alongside featured artisan Bill Mauser, a local blacksmith. The kitchen will be cooking up sauerbraten with cabbage and fried egg noodles, in addition to a vegetarian-friendly dish: harvest veggie and arugula salad.
