25th Annual Apple Valley 5K cross country race at Gross’ Orchard, 6817 Wheats Valley Road, Bedford. 3.1 mile off-road race circles the scenic orchard on grass, gravel, and dirt paths. Open to all ages and abilities. Walkers are welcome. Awards are crafted by Emerson Creek Pottery and given in 8 age categories as well as to the top male and female overall.  For more information or an application, email e173boyes@aol.com.
