BBQ to Beat Breast Cancer is an event hosted by Historic Avenel which benefits Centra Bedford Memorial Hospital’s “Just for Me” Mammography Program. This event will give the community, along with Fighters and Survivors, the ability to support the Just for Me Program, which encourages women who have never had a mammogram to make their first appointment by offering that mammogram free of charge. Women 40 years or older who have inadequate or no insurance may also qualify for a mammogram free of charge.

Ticket Information: ticket purchases will include BBQ, Slaw, Baked Beans, Soft Drinks, Desserts, & Tour.
Ticket Prices: $15.00 in advance – $20.00 at the Door. Tickets for Kids ages 6-10 will be $10.00, Ages 5-under $5.00. These proceeds will benefit the Just for Me Program & Historic Avenel.
