This class is three days: June 1, 2, and 3 from 9-noon at Claytor Nature Center! Pre-registration is required.

The goal of the class is to complete a landscape painting in three sessions by completing a major part of the painting each meeting.

What you’ll learn:
How to begin a painting, line in, block in, lay in, brush stroke, composition, and working with value, edges and color. Most importantly, you’ll learn how to work in a plein air setting. You’ll find working from life to be the best learning experience.

When:

Classes will be held from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. rain or shine. Light and intermittent rain is okay. Heavy or consistent rain will cause us to cancel and re-schedule.
