Claytor Nature Campground

Located near the Peaks of Otter and Blue Ridge Mountains, the Claytor Nature Campground offers 4 private campsites (leveled pea gravel with picnic table, fire ring, and camping grill), and field camping for up to a total of 20 tents surrounding a bonfire ring, and some picnic tables. Composting outhouse, running water and outdoor shower, firewood, and indoor access to the lower restrooms and showers in the Education Building are also included. Two wheelbarrows are available for gear transport to the camping area.
