Welcome to Evergreen, your rustically elegant cabin at gorgeous Smith Mountain Lake! Beautifully romantic in old Adirondack style, you’ll find Evergreen’s amenities are very 21st century. Located in a wide cove in fabulous Mountain View Shores, you’ll be only steps from the water, as Evergreen is one of the closest homes to the water’s edge. 
Evergreen has three bedrooms, one flex room and three full baths, with a newly remodeled basement providing a spacious living space!
Maximum occupancy is six, and no smoking please.
Evergreen is fully air conditioned. For the winter, there’s a lovely gas fireplace in the living room to keep everyone cozy.
 Xfinity wifi available throughout! TV located in the living room, equipped with streaming and cable package.
Enjoy the view from your private outdoor hot tub, fish from your dock, paddle around in the canoe or kayak, or just relax on the screened porch. You’ll be just feet from the water and the sound of the waves lapping the shore.
Lakeside fire-pit!
Floating dock available for boat tie up, electricity & lights.  Sorry, covered boat slip & hoist not available for tenant use.
