This cabin has a peaceful environment. It has an unusual four-peak roof which forms a star in the center of the cottage ceiling.
Great place for relaxing, writing, contemplation, yoga and getting in touch with your inner joys again.
Sunsets are spectacular, set against the Blue Ridge mountain backdrop. Star-gazing is a delight. The hawk migrant route is right overhead. Fantastic place to watch birds.
Everything is here for you so you can walk in and immediately feel at home.
This is a home designed for a maximum of two people.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, including:
Dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, microwave, pod and drip coffee makers, toaster, blender, can opener, crockpot, dish towels, throw away plates, beverage containers, and plastic eating utensils, coffee filters and one roll of paper towels.
Cooking spray, salt and pepper, individual packets of stevia are provided.
A propane gas grill is on the deck and has grilling utensils, along with a wrought iron table, four cushioned chairs, a rocking settee and umbrella.
Snuggle up in the queen bed with a pretty view off the private deck.
The loft den has an electric cast-iron fireplace, chaise lounge with matching wing chair, a comfy overstuffed chair to sink into as well as a large pretty desk.
There is a library of books, games, lots of movies, love seat, flat screen TV, and VHS/DVD player in the living room area.
If you need to communicate with the outside world, most cell phones and internet devices work fine. The desk has a multi-plug-in strip for all your gadgets. Wifi is not provided.

There have never been any pets in this house. We have a no pet policy.
For guests who may have limited capacities:
All door openings are 36″ wide.
Must go up one step from the driveway to the front door.
The living room (incuding TV, VCR/DVD entertainment center), dining area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are all on the first floor.
The den loft is on the second floor which requires being able to climb steps.
The cottage is on a State maintained, narrow, winding gravel road.
