In honor of the National Guard’s birthday, National Guardsmen and National Guard veterans receive complimentary admission to the Memorial. 

Set in 1944, this authentic worship service reveals how soldiers made time for their faith in the most trying of times, and the role of chaplains in guiding and strengthening the spirits of the men and women in their care. Free admission to the Memorial from 10:00AM to Noon.

The 78th anniversary of D-Day commemoration events kick off with a free concert by the 29th Division Band on the Memorial’s West Lawn. Free admission after 5PM. Concert starts at 6PM. Coolers welcome. No alcohol. No food beyond the lawn. Bring your own chair. No pets. (Service animals welcome.)

$5 admission for Scouts and Scout leaders. Admission includes hands-on activities, a guided tour of the National D-Day Memorial, and a special edition D-Day scouting patch! Scout Day stations will be open between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. and you will get to choose your tour time when purchasing tickets. This will give troops flexibility...
